Paramore Return With A New Single “Hard Times” And A New Album On The Horizon

Just when we were losing hope Paramore are back with their first new album in four years, “After Laughter”. The follow-up to their self-titled album is out May 12 on Fueled By Ramen. This will be one of the most anticipated albums this year to be released. Haley Williams will be joined again by Zac Farro, who quit the band in 2010.

Here is the tracklisting of the album “After Laughter”

01. Hard Times
02. Rose-Colored Boy
03. Told You So
04. Forgiveness
05. Fake Happy
06. 26
07. Pool
08. Grudges
09. Caught In The Middle
10. Idle Worship
11. No Friend
12. Tell Me How

You can also watch the new video for “Hard Times” the first single off the album below.

The video itself is whimsical and fun in an 80’s style introduction but what more would expect from Paramore besides a unique and fun video. We look forward to this album and “Hard Times” is quite an interesting introduction to the album. I know we can all be in agreement that we are excited to see Paramore back and in full swing, using influences from Cindy Lauper, The Talking Heads, and Blondie bringing that synth and rhythmic sound from the 70′ and 80’s like mentioned before but still retaining the Paramore persona. Be ready for the album to drop May 12th!
