Emerging from the Shadows: Cathedral Hills

Cathedral Hills, from Medford, OR released their debut EP Munen early last year, to overwhelmingly positive reception. The EP features a guest vocal spot from Rory Rodriguez (Dayseeker) and is a refreshing addition to the stagnation that the world of metalcore has been experiencing over the past few years. Check out their video for “Farewell/Forgotten” below and be sure to keep your eye on them in 2017. The band consists of Aaron Yamamoto-Potts (Guitar/Vocals), Ivan Aikans (Vocals), Cole Mckenzie (Guitar) and 2 as-of-yet unnamed members that will round out their bass and drum needs. They’ve informed us that they are hard at work on new music, a tour on the west coast and much more to be announced soon, so don’t miss out! Follow them on their social media channels and pick up Munen by visiting the links below! We asked them to list 5 albums that changed their lives and shaped them as musicians, check that out below!
