VEIL OF MAYA has been with Sumerian Records since their inception. And they have officially resigned with them! Hot off the heels of this resigning, the Chicago deathcore outfit has released a blistering, hard-hitting new single in hype for their next full-length release in 2014. “Subject Zero” is as brutal as it is melodic. With a soothing lullaby chime mixed with a marching band-opening drum beat, the track quickly blasts into heavy guitar riffs and drum blasts. The vocals are top-notch, and up to par with some of the best that VOM has ever put out. The lyrical content is superb. Failed dreams, broken ideas. All a product of the futile search of a pure life. However, you can stand tall through it all if you try. This is the perfect way to kick off another run with Sumerian, as VEIL OF MAYA gears up for a North American Fall tour starting Nov 8th with Structures, Northlane, Vildhjarta and Here Comes The Kraken.
