#2 Metal Song and #6 Rock Song on iTunes (AUS)

New album “The Familiar // The Decay” coming July 1st on Bullet Tooth
SaveTheClockTower-WhiteCross-612x612Tasmania’s premiere Post-Hardcore act, Save The Clock Tower, are returning today with their brand new track “White Cross”, the first track from their forthcoming full-length album “The Familiar // The Decay”, which will be released worldwide on July 1st through Bullet Tooth. The song hit #2 on the iTunes Metal chart and #6 on the iTunes Rock chart in Australia this week! The video is available here and the single can be downloaded at iTunes and Amazon and streamed at Spotify and Google Play.

The stunning vision and concepts in the “White Cross” video were all brought to life through director Ben Wrigley and produced by Third Eye Visuals. They align seamlessly with the dark, devilish themes of the track, which was produced by Andreas Magnusson (The Black Dahlia Murder, Born of Osiris). Gathering influence from across punk, hardcore, metalcore and rock genres, Save The Clock Tower re-laid the foundation of their band with a mission to be meaningful as well as aggressive.

The band has worked tirelessly to improve themselves and develop a very refined and professional sound that has impressed fans and critics from across Australia and brought them attention from the US and beyond.

Save the Clock Tower have supported a long line of great bands such as Alesana, Bleeding Through, Parkway Drive, Northlane, The Amity Affliction, Dream on Dreamer and have made appearances at the critically acclaimed charity event, Breath of Life Festival in Tasmania.

“White Cross”, the first taste from Save The Clock Tower’s forthcoming new album, The Familiar // The Decay, kicks straight into gear, a pounding rhythmic relentlessness crafting the initial spurt of unfiltered, white-knuckled tension. The flickering frames feed off the song’s compositional complexity, with “White Cross” showcasing the band’s ability to partner an unpredictable vigour alongside genuine emotive release.” – ROLLING STONE
