Versus Me Set September Release for Sophomore Album, “Continuous”
WI-based post-hardcore band, Versus Me, have announced their sophomore album, Continuous. Created with help from fans via the popular crowd-funding program, IndieGoGo, this is their best work yet. With a unique sound from the beginning, fans began to worry when it was announced that founding member, guitarist and clean vocalist Patrick Thompson had left to focus his efforts on Alesana. As any good band does, though, the rest of the band shook their fears away and got to work on new material that would push the boundaries of the sonic experience that they seek to create. The first full release to feature James Milbrandt both singing and screaming, it becomes clear within seconds of listening to their new material that this band is destined for bigger things. This will also be the first to feature new guitarist, Dustin Hansen and new drummer, JJ Johnson, along with founding bassist, Lee Milbrandt. The album artwork, created by Rob Walden (Rob Walden Design/Guillotines) can be viewed below and shows a lone figure in what appears to be a dystopian future. Continuous will be self-released and is slated for September 13th. Pre-save the album on Spotify for a chance to be the first to hear it. Stay tuned for more details!
