Single Review: Sinister Society “Sudden”

Based out of Coral Springs, Sinister Society is a melodic thrash metal band that is looking to make a name for themselves. With the demo version of their track Sudden, I really think they are a very long way from doing that. The instrumentals are boring and unimpressive, sounding like old school Slipknot if Slipknot was drunk and high while playing. The vocals are absolutely horrendous and even for a demo sound like they were half-assed when singing. The lyrics are even more generic than the instrumentals, sounding like a 14 year old trying to prove he is hardcore. The only positive I have to say about this song is that it leaves the band with plenty of room for improvement.
