New Transcendence Welcomes Industry Vet Song River to the Family

Song River has been a photographer and journalist since the 80’s having worked at notable entertainment publications as well as her years spent working as an insider in political, cultural and social affairs. It was about five  years ago when her oldest brother, a musician, passed away that she came back home to the world of rock n roll. Now carrying her passion for music well into the 21st Century she interviews and photographs musicians and entertainers as a freelance minded individual for a variety of magazines. Starting her own local home-grown PR company under the name of, CowGirlZen Entertainment, she continues to work with serious emerging bands with their social media, websites, stage presence, and connections with media and their fans.  Song River also works with the A&R Department of High Road Publicity.

New Transcendence Owner, Barrett Stephens, had the following to say about her addition: It’s an honor to have such a talented, seasoned individual as Song working with us. I’ve followed her for a couple of years and have always been impressed by the amount of professionalism she exhibits in everything she does. Her photos are phenomenal, her writing is impeccable and, with her spunky personality, she fits perfectly in with the rest of us. We look forward to having her aboard and showing our readers what she can do!

On joining the family, she had the following to say: I joined NT mainly because I liked the direction and structure being taken. The presentation is organized and a great fit for multiple platforms of music, all within the confines of freedom to explore options and such. How could I pass up such an invite? I have a deep passion for music, and being able to translate that passion into my other loves- photography, writing and people- it is a grand trifecta of brilliance!
