Of Virtue Releases Official Music Video for “Ghost Town”, Announces European Tour
Since the release of their debut EP “To Breathe Again” in 2009, Of Virtue has embarked on several annual DIY US tours, played many notable festivals such as Warped Tour, Cornerstone, etc and marked other milestones. After releasing 2011’s “Heartsounds” and 2015’s “Salvation” to much praise and acclaim, the band has been featured in many publications such as HM Magazine and Substream as well as digital outlets such as Lambgoat and Sputnikmusic to name a few. Honing their melodic, atmospheric and aggressive take on the metal genre, Of Virtue has created a signature and they are ready to stamp it world wide.
2017 has, however, brought about much change with Of Virtue. They parted ways with long-time singer Nick Maltby, and introduced a new member to the team, Tyler Ennis, formerly of the band Ground Tracer. Of Virtue have just released the first single with Tyler entitled “Ghost Town” on March 20th and will soon be embarking on a month long trek across the Europe with Griever (UK) starting May 18th in Cork, Ireland and ending June 12th in Paderborn, Germany. The band will be back on the road stateside in the fall and will be entering the studio to record the follow up record to 2015’s “Salvation”.
